How secure are my email credentials?
All passwords are stored encrypted with AES-256. We have no access to your plaintext passwords. Connection to your email server is encrypted via IMAP/TLS.
Does this work with scanned documents?
Yes! Our AI can also process scanned images and PDFs. Accuracy depends on image quality – for very unclear scans we recommend a quick review of the extracted data.
Can I connect multiple email accounts?
Yes, depending on your plan you can connect up to 5 email accounts (Pro) or unlimited (Enterprise). The Starter plan includes 2 accounts.
How does bank reconciliation work?
Upload your bank statement as PDF or CSV. AutoBeleg extracts transactions and automatically searches for matching invoices based on amount, invoice number, or payment reference. Matches are rated with a confidence score.
What happens with my data?
All data is stored on servers in Germany and is fully GDPR compliant. You can completely delete your data at any time. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
